Who Is Zombie is a zombie apocalypse simulator game where the player must prevent zombies from entering a civilian shelter.

In 2033, a large-scale epidemic broke out in the country, leading to the emergence of zombies.

Government shelters were overcrowded, and the remaining population began to seek help in nearby civilian shelters.

But some shelters were infected, and some shelters refused to accept people. All this led to a wave of pogroms and mass casualties.

The government is forced to appoint special inspectors to civilian shelters.
