Battles For Spain

This game features four battles from the Spanish Civil War: the Battles of Ebro, Teruel, Guadalajara, and Mérida or La Serena.

Players can choose to play for the Nationalists, the Republicans, or both in a player versus player game”.

Unit sizes are battalion for infantry and cavalry, company or battalion for armored vehicles or tanks, battery for artillery, and squadron for aircraft. Each battle has an attacker and a defender. The attacker’s goal is to match history or better, while the defender’s goal is to avoid historical defeat or to mount a successful counterattack to achieve results that exceed historical ones.
