Welcome to Keys Craft! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, keys-craft.com, and the purchase of digital game activation keys (“Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an Order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Definitions

Agreement: these Terms and Conditions
User, you, or your: anyone who accesses the Site or purchases Products
Products: digital activation keys for computer games and other software sold on the Site
Order: your request to purchase one or more Products via the Site
Parties: Keys Craft and the User
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site and placing an Order, you accept this Agreement in full.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts under EU law.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and notified to you.
Revised Terms take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
3. Account Registration
Registration is free and required to place Orders.
You must provide a valid email and create a secure password.
Only one account per person is permitted.
You agree to keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login details.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We are not liable for losses due to your failure to secure your account.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in EUR.
Payment is processed through third-party gateways; you agree to their terms.
All payments are due before delivery of Products.
Transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are your responsibility.
6. Purchase & Delivery
After successful payment, Products will be delivered electronically to your account or email within 72 hours, subject to any additional verification.
You alone are responsible for key activation and compatibility. We do not guarantee performance beyond key delivery.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Use Products for unlawful activities or infringe third-party rights.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Products without explicit permission.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any paid fees.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks and copyrights in the Products remain the property of their respective owners.
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Product per the game publisher’s End User License Agreement.
You acquire no other rights in the underlying software or IP.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Keys Craft shall not be liable for:
Any claims by game developers or rights holders regarding key usage.
Loss or damage from key failure, incompatibility, or misuse.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Product.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Submit any complaints to support@keys-craft.com.
If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably within 30 days, either Party may refer it to mediation or binding arbitration in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
11. Governing Law & Final Provisions
This Agreement is governed by Bulgarian law and applicable EU regulations.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms remain in full force.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
