Cancellation of an Order Before Payment

The user has the right to cancel an order at any stage until payment is made. Before payment is made, returns are possible without any restrictions.

Impossibility of Return After Payment

After payment of the order, the return of goods is impossible. License keys are goods with individual characteristics that cannot be reused after activation. Therefore, there is no possibility to return such goods after payment.

Refund in Case of Impossibility of Fulfillment of Obligations

In the event that the Site Administration cannot fulfill its obligations to provide the paid goods, the User is refunded the amount paid. The refund is made through the same financial instrument that was used for payment. In exceptional cases, a different method of return may be offered, which will be communicated to the User on the Site or through the Administration.

Return of Goods Under a Separate Agreement

If the Administration of the Site and the User reach an agreement on the return of goods, only the amount paid for the goods is subject to return. From the returned amount, costs associated with third-party commissions (such as payment systems, agents, banks, and other intermediaries) incurred in the transfer and return of funds may be deducted.

Refund by Third Parties

The User agrees that the return of funds can be carried out by third parties acting on behalf of the Site Administration. The User is obliged to accept the return of funds from such third parties, if the Site Administration considers it necessary.

Refund in Case Keys Were Not Activated

In case the key has not been activated, the refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
